How we use your details
Short version: we only keep what we need to remind you about events or reply to your message, and you can remove yourself at any time.
Event reminders
When you sign up for reminders we store your email address, your name if you gave one, which events you asked about and when you confirmed. We send you a confirmation email first so nobody can sign you up without your say-so. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and you can change which events you hear about from the preferences link in any email.
We do not share your details with anyone else and we do not use them for anything other than event reminders from the Bolton Branch.
Contact form
Messages sent through the contact page are stored so that branch organisers can reply. We keep your name, email, phone number if given, and your message.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie used is a session cookie for organisers who log in to update the site, and a security token on forms. Videos are embedded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time by emailing bolton@restorebritain.org.uk.
